They gained weight for two reasons: they got back to their old lifestyle habits-that is, regular junk food intake, and they started living a sedentary lifestyle and forgot all about exercising! </p>

Even after you have lost weight successfully, you will have to follow the same diet and exercise routine to maintain that weight!
