Very Helpful
Several years ago I took off 30 pounds doing Atkins, but didn’t want to go back to that after putting 15 pounds back on in the last 2 years.

Prevebtions 321 Weight loss plan
The book is very helpful in a simplified plan for eating wholesome food. It is easier to follow than most diet plans.
