Good size, should have had more exercises
This book could have packed more information. It is thin enough to travel with, but there’s more empty space than there needs to be.

This is one of my least favorite book for weight training. There are very few exercises and there could have been a better selection.

Weight training made easy
The author offers a complete idea which includes 3 training schedules. The instructions given with each exercise are clear and to the point.
