Violet kicked my butt…in a great way!
I was so excited to discover a new DVD from Violet Zaki! I have a few DVDs from other instructors, but I always get bored of them and pull out my Violet DVDs.

Challenging, refreshing, low key, workouts (esp bonus Abs) w/out the typical Susie Creamcheese ‘You can Do It’ cackles!
