What Weight Loss? No inspiration here.This is not a weight-loss memoir. It is a badly structured tale of one whiny woman who refuses get help for her eating disorder, somehow thinking that dieting will help…

It’s a story of her life…not a ‘how to’ book!

I was in tears by the end of the introduction.
