Not my favorite, but it’s ok
I love Ellen Barret but this video is not the best, I think it has good stuff on it but I was too distracted by all the levels.

great for beginners
I really enjoy using this DVD, because you can pick your level. Some exercises I can use level 1 but others I can go up to either level 2 or 3.

Very good, not repetitive workout!
I like this DVD because it is not boring or repetitive. You don’t get tired of it over time! I have had it a while now, and go back to it once in a while.

Great way to advance in Pilates
A great production with the use of the split screen and visual reminders. Chapters include standing, side and lying moves. My favorite move: helicopter legs.

All-over toning, stretching, and very relaxing!
This is a good workout that will make you feel like you are shaping your body. However, I don’t think that there is enough of a cardio factor to really help with weight loss.

Great Pilates Workout
I have never had any success with Pilates until this video. It features three different levels so you can pick the level that is right for you.
